		Here at Tui Ridge Park, camping is our business. We want to remove all the stress of planning your camp so on this page you'll find many useful tools as well as all the forms we require from you. 		FORM Activity requirements form Conditions of license Evacuation scheme Emergency procedures form		EXPLANATION Once you have made a booking please fill out an activity requirements form and the relevant activity procedure forms, these are found in the activity packs.. We also ask that you read our conditions or license, evacuation scheme and sign the emergency procedures form.
		Activity Packs		These are in a printable format, pdf or word, and include the activity information, the procedure form and the RAM form. (Please note that we are replacing our RAMs forms with SAP forms, Safety Action Plan)
		Dorm plan		This illustrates the layout of the bunks and has an area for you to write in where each student will be placed, please fill this out.
		Sample Program		This will give you an idea of how to set up your program with the various rotations. Also gives you an indication of how many children can participate in the various activities within the various time frames.
		Photo Release		Kids love to see themselves in a photo or even on video, we attempt to take photos or video footage of each group, these are displayed on our web pages in the new camp images section. We may also use these for promotions. This form is for each person to sign, allowing us to take their photos or video footage.
		Medical Release		This is a sample form, please feel free to use as required.
		Infectious Illness Procedures		This document outlines our policies to prevent and minimize the affect of infectious illnesses.
		Camp Duties		Lists the duties involved for the setup of the tables before and after meals and the end of camp cleanup. Please note: our own camp staff now do the dishes.
		Camp Rules		List of our camp rules, you may want to make your class aware of these before they arrive.
		Student/Camper Gear List		This is a check list for each student/camper. Please note that this is a guide only. You may need to add extra items or remove some items from the list. Please feel free to use as required.
