Tariff costs All prices quoted include GST. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice. All prices are reviewed annually. For your safety and comfort our facilities are cleaned by professional cleaners during and at the completion of your stay, taking out yet another hassle for you the camp organiser. A 10% loading will apply for all bookings made over statutory holidays. Off peak rates During the months of June and July there will be a 10% discount across all meal and accommodation charges. Meals All meals served in the Graham Miller Centre are wholesome and tasty vegetarian meals. Dishes and kitchen duties To take out even more of the hassles of camping all dishes are washed by Tui Ridge staff. All we ask is that you keep the dining hall clean and tidy. Bedding Bedding (pillows, cases, blankets and duvets) is not supplied as part of accommodation costs unless otherwise stated. This can be hired at an additional cost (see optional extras). Bookings and Deposits Pencil Bookings can be made for your group. Pencil bookings will not be held longer than one month. However bookings will be confirmed upon payment of your deposit and completed booking form. Deposits are required 6 months prior to actual booking date. In the case where a booking is made within 6 months of the actual booking date the deposit will be due 2 weeks from the date the booking inquiry was made. Double bookings Tui Ridge reserves the right to book additional groups into facilities that are not booked by your group. Tui Ridge will do this in full consultation with each group. Where possible Tui Ridge will do it's best to match bookings with age, culture and requirements in mind. Sole bookings can be arranged for individual groups but a sole booking charge will apply. Cancellations Cancellations received more than 2 months prior to commencement date of your booking will be refunded less a 25% administration fee. Any cancellations received less than 2 months prior to the commencement date of your booking will mean the forfeiting of your deposit. Activity Hire All chargeable activities are available for hire from Sunday - Friday. Only free of charge activities are available on Saturdays. all activities booked for children must have adults with them to assist the instructor. Please refer to the activity procedures on our website or contact our office for more information. If you wish to provide your own instructors for specific activities they must have relevant and current qualifications that must be sited and approved by Tui Ridge Park.
