Are you passionate about adventure, teamwork, and the great outdoors? The Tui Ridge Park Outdoor Education Cadetship offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, faith-based environment.

Running from January to December 2026, this full-time programme gives you a year of practical, hands-on experience alongside our experienced outdoor education team.

As a cadet, you’ll help deliver a wide range of activities — from high ropes and archery to mountain biking and team challenges — gaining valuable experience in instruction, group management, and safety systems. You’ll also receive mentoring, leadership training, and the chance to work toward relevant industry qualifications.

Throughout the year, you’ll grow in confidence, develop leadership skills, and deepen your understanding of what it means to serve others through outdoor ministry.

Programme Details

• Start Date: ~20 January 2026

• End Date: ~16 December 2026

• Accommodation: Provided onsite at no cost

• Meals: Available from the kitchen when catering is running for groups

• Weekly Allowance: $140

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Outdoor Ed Gear: Provided

• First Aid Certificate: Training course included

• Driver’s Licence Support: Assistance available if required; shared vehicle provided if licensed

• Qualifications: Level 3 Outdoor Education course provided
