Tui Ridge Park is looking for an energetic, reliable individual to join our Catering team as a Catering Assistant. In this vital behind-the-scenes role, you’ll help prepare and serve meals, support kitchen operations, and contribute to creating a welcoming and well-cared-for experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
From assisting with food preparation and service to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, you’ll be hands-on in ensuring our dining experiences run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that fuel young people for their outdoor adventures, while helping create an atmosphere where guests feel valued and looked after.
As a Catering Assistant, you’ll report to the Catering Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure each group’s stay reflects our mission to help people encounter a loving and creative God through the outdoors.

Role Details
Position Type: Permanent, variable hours (full-time during peak seasons, reduced hours in off-peak periods).
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Tui Ridge Park, near Rotorua
Qualifications: Relevant catering qualifications preferred but not essential (training provided for the right candidate)
Experience: Experience working in a catering settings preferred.
