Tui Ridge Park is looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our Outdoor Education team as an Instructor/Host. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead outdoor activities, host visiting groups, and help create safe, engaging, and life-shaping experiences for every guest who comes through our gates.

From ziplining and rock climbing to team-building initiatives and adventure-based learning, you’ll be hands-on in delivering programmes that challenge and inspire young people. You’ll play a key role in ensuring activities are run safely and professionally while creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, supported, and valued.

As an Instructor/Host, you’ll report to the Outdoor Education Head of Department and work with other departments as necessary to ensure each group’s stay reflects our mission to help people encounter a loving and creative God through the outdoors.

• Qualifications: Relevant outdoor education qualifications preferred but not essential (training provided for the right candidate)

• Experience: Experience working with young people or in outdoor/adventure settings preferred. Must be confident, active, and comfortable in outdoor environments.
