Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and teamwork? The Tui Ridge Park Catering Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy catering environment.
Running from late January to mid-December 2026, this full-time programme allows you to work alongside experienced catering staff, learning all aspects of meal preparation, service, and kitchen management. You’ll also gain insights into planning for large groups, health and safety practices, and food hygiene standards.
Throughout the year, you’ll develop practical culinary skills, experience working in a team, and grow in responsibility — all while contributing to our mission of helping guests experience God’s love and creation.

Accommodation: Provided onsite at no cost
Meals: Available from the kitchen when catering is running for groups
Weekly Allowance: $140
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Catering Specific Equipment: Provided
First Aid Certificate: Training course included
Driver’s Licence Support: Assistance available if required; shared vehicle provided if licensed
Qualifications: Level 3 catering course provided
