Are you passionate about hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking care of the environment around you? The Tui Ridge Park Maintenance Internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in property maintenance, groundskeeping, and general repairs, all while serving a purpose bigger than yourself.

Running from late January to mid-December 2026, this full-time programme gives you hands-on experience alongside experienced maintenance staff. You’ll learn a variety of skills including basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical maintenance, landscaping, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.

Throughout the year, you’ll grow in confidence, responsibility, and skill — while contributing to a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where guests can connect with God’s creation.

Programme Details

• Accommodation: Provided onsite at no cost

• Meals: Available from the kitchen when catering is running for groups

• Weekly Allowance: $140

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Maintenance Specific Equipment: Provided

• First Aid Certificate: Training course included

• Driver’s Licence Support: Assistance available if required; shared vehicle provided if licensed

• Qualifications: Chainsaw, tractor, mower and bobcat relevant qualifications provided
