Tui Ridge Park is looking for a passionate and motivated leader to coordinate and grow our Ministry Department. In the Ministry Coordinator role, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of a wide range of camps and events, ensuring each programme is engaging, well-organised, and impactful for everyone who attends. 

As Ministry Coordinator, you’ll recruit, lead, and support a team of interns, volunteers, and guest speakers, coordinate ministry programming across the year, and help shape the spiritual direction of ministry at Tui Ridge Park. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure each person experiences our mission to help people encounter a loving and creative God.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, relationship-building, teamwork, interaction with kids and young people, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of people of all ages.
