Lead, Inspire, and Make an Impact

Tui Ridge Park is looking for an experienced and motivated leader to head our Outdoor Education Department. You’ll oversee all aspects of our outdoor programmes — from high ropes and mountain biking to team-building and adventure-based learning — ensuring they are safe, engaging, and impactful for every group that visits.

As Head of Department, you’ll manage and mentor a team of instructors, cadets and internationl volunteers, coordinate activity scheduling, maintain high safety standards, and help shape the future of outdoor education at Tui Ridge Park. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure each guest experience reflects our mission to help people encounter a loving and creative God through the outdoors.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a difference in young lives.

• Qualifications: Relevant outdoor education qualifications are preferred

• Experience: Leadership experience in outdoor education or adventure programming preferred
