This position requires a fully vaccinated applicant and a continuously updated My Vaccine Pass.
The bookings administrator is a pivotal role in our team as they manage all of our client bookings from start to finish and ensure that all of our departments are kept informed and updated of any changes. The successful applicant will have high proficiency in-office computer programmes and office systems.
They must also be well organised demonstrate a clear and concise manner of communication with staff and customers, and be willing to be an active contributor to workflows and coordination between all TRP teams.
Strong written communication and a pleasant phone manner highlight the degree of customer interaction required for this role.
The hours for this role are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Thursday. The successful applicant will work closely with the administration manager and must be willing to cover other office-related jobs as required from time to time.
